Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 16, 2026
1. Scope and definitions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Bedouin Apps Ltd. (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes Personal Data in connection with the Enhance AI mobile application (the “Application”) and any related services (together, the “Services”).
For the purposes of this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; “User Content” means images, text and other material that you submit through the Services; and “Service Providers” means third parties that process information on our behalf or provide functionality to the Application.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Services, we and our Service Providers may process the following categories of information:
- User Content, including images and associated instructions or text that you elect to submit for processing by features of the Application that rely on artificial intelligence (“AI Features”).
- Device and usage information, including device and application identifiers, device characteristics, operating system and application version, language settings, approximate location derived from IP address, interactions with the Application, and diagnostic, performance and crash data.
- Transaction information, including subscription status, purchase and transaction records and related identifiers. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.
- Notification information, including push-notification tokens and information necessary to deliver notifications that you request.
- Advertising information, including advertising identifiers where you have granted the applicable permission, and information about interactions with advertisements.
Certain information, including your editing history, preferences and usage records, is stored on your device and may persist in device backups or system storage in accordance with your device settings.
3. Purposes of processing
We process information for the following purposes:
- to provide, operate and maintain the Services, including generating the output you request through AI Features;
- to process transactions and manage subscriptions and entitlements;
- to send notifications that you have requested;
- to analyse usage, diagnose technical issues and develop and improve the Services;
- to display advertising in versions of the Application that include advertising;
- to protect the security and integrity of the Services, prevent misuse and enforce our terms; and
- to comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Legal bases
Where the laws of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or similar jurisdictions apply, we rely on the following legal bases, as applicable: the performance of a contract with you, in particular for AI Features, transactions and notifications you request; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, analysing and improving the Services, where not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights; your consent, including for access to your device’s advertising identifier, which you may withdraw at any time; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. User Content and AI features
AI Features are provided with the assistance of third-party artificial intelligence service providers. When you use an AI Feature, the relevant User Content is transmitted to, and may be stored on, infrastructure operated by us or by our Service Providers, and is processed by one or more third-party artificial intelligence service providers for the purpose of generating the requested output. Such providers process User Content in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not use User Content to train artificial intelligence models and do not sell User Content. Features of the Application that do not rely on artificial intelligence process images on your device.
You represent that you hold all rights necessary to submit User Content and, where User Content depicts other individuals, that you have obtained any consent required by applicable law.
6. Disclosure of information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients, in each case only as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:
- cloud hosting, storage and computing providers;

We do not sell Personal Data for monetary consideration. Information concerning our principal Service Providers is available upon request.
7. Advertising and tracking
Versions of the Application that include advertising display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, which may collect device and usage information as described in Section 2. Access to your device’s advertising identifier is subject to your permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. You may grant or withdraw that permission at any time in your device settings. Advertising may continue to be displayed where permission is not granted.
8. Retention
We retain Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including the provision of the Services, the resolution of disputes and compliance with legal obligations, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Information held by Service Providers is retained in accordance with their respective retention practices. You may request the deletion of User Content in accordance with Section 11.

Where required, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law.
10. Security
We implement technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.
11. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify or erase your Personal Data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Residents of certain jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.
