PhotoLock - Terms of Use

Subscription

If you have purchased a subscription to the "PhotoLock" app by Bedouin Apps, you will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis, based on the plan you choose. You may cancel your subscription to the "PhotoLock" app at any time from your device settings, Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Trial Period

If you chose our free trial, you will be given 3 days of premium usage of this app. After the trial period ends, the app will automatically subscribe you to the yearly plan. If you wish to cancel your plan after subscription or before, you may do that any time from your device settings, Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Refund Policy

If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase, we may provide Apple with information about the user's in-app purchase activity. This could include details such as time since app installation, total app usage time, an anonymous account identifier, whether the in-app purchase was fully consumed, whether it included a trial period, the total amount spent, and the total amount refunded.

Termination

In case of termination, the user keeps all their privileges until the end of the subscription period they subscribed to (one month or a year). The user will not be refunded for the remaining portion of subscription fees already paid.

PhotoLock offers a variety of services included in the Subscription:

• Remove all advertisements
• Unlimited Cloud Storage*
• Unlimited File Import
• Usage of All Alternative App Icons
• VPN Service

*Fair Data Usage Policy

While we provide users with unlimited cloud storage as part of our service, this offering is subject to fair usage principles. Bedouin Apps reserves the right to monitor and evaluate the usage of cloud storage to ensure compliance with these principles.

We reserve the right to restrict or block cloud storage access in cases of:

• Unfair Usage: This includes activities such as excessive data uploads that exceed normal personal use, or any misuse that impacts the stability or performance of the service for other users.
• Financial Viability: If the cost incurred to provide cloud storage services for a specific user significantly exceeds the charges paid for the service, we reserve the right to impose limitations or discontinue the service.

By using this service, you agree to adhere to these terms. Bedouin Apps retains sole discretion in determining what constitutes unfair usage or financial impracticality.

VPN Service (Powered by KeepSolid)

The VPN feature is powered by KeepSolid Inc. ("KeepSolid") and is provided through the KeepSolid VPN SDK. Your use of the VPN feature is also subject to KeepSolid’s End User Agreement and Privacy Policy. KeepSolid may interrupt, suspend, or disable access to the VPN service at its discretion, including in response to suspected abuse or violations of applicable law or the KeepSolid terms.

By using the VPN feature, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are strictly prohibited from using the service for illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, hacking, or distributing malicious software. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your access to the VPN feature.

Updates

Our product keeps evolving. PhotoLock may require you to accept updates to the application. You acknowledge that we may update features and functions with or without notifying you.
