This Privacy Policy explains how Bedouin Apps Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares information when you use the AI Video Generator application for iOS (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Anonymous identifier. The App does not require an account or sign-up. It creates a random anonymous identifier, stored in your device’s iCloud Keychain, which is used to keep your credits, subscription status and video history. This identifier does not include your name, email address or other contact details.
- Content you submit. Photos you choose to upload, which may include faces, and any text you enter, in order to generate videos.
- Generated videos. Videos created for you by the App.
- Purchase information. Subscription and transaction status received from Apple and Adapty. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment card details.
- Usage and device information. Information such as app interactions, device model, operating system version, language settings, and device or app identifiers (for example, the Firebase app instance ID), as well as attribution information from Apple Search Ads.
2. Photos and Face Data
- Collection. We only receive the photos you choose to upload. These photos may contain faces.
- Use. Photos, including any face data they contain, are used solely to generate the video you request. We do not use face data for facial recognition, identification or authentication, we do not use it to train AI models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
- Sharing. Photos are transmitted to our servers (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) and to the third-party AI video generation provider that processes your request, only for the purpose of generating your video.
- Retention. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically from our storage once the generation finishes, whether it succeeds or fails. Our AI providers may retain inputs for a limited period under their own terms and policies. Generated videos are kept until you delete them or request deletion as described below.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide the App, generate and store your videos, and manage your credits and subscription.
- To protect the App against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
- To understand usage, measure performance and attribution, and improve the App.
- To respond to your requests and to comply with legal obligations.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising SDKs. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, including:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud – hosting, database, storage, authentication, App Check and analytics.
- Adapty – subscription management and analytics.
- Apple – App Store payments and Apple Search Ads attribution.
- AI video generation providers (such as fal.ai and PixVerse) – processing of your photos and text to generate videos.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted as described in Section 2. Generated videos are stored in our cloud storage, linked to your anonymous identifier, so that you can view them in “My Videos”, until you delete them. Other information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- You can delete your generated videos in the App at any time.
- You can request deletion of the data associated with your use of the App by emailing contact@bedouin-apps.com. We may ask for information needed to locate your data.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, which you can exercise by contacting us.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
7. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
8. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. You must not upload images of other people without their consent.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.

توضّح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام شركة Bedouin Apps Ltd. («نحن» أو «الشركة») بجمع المعلومات واستخدامها ومشاركتها عند استخدامك تطبيق «مولد فيديو AI» (AI Video Generator) على نظام iOS («التطبيق»). وباستخدامك التطبيق فإنك توافق على سياسة الخصوصية هذه.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها
- المعرّف المجهول. لا يتطلب التطبيق إنشاء حساب أو تسجيلًا. ويُنشئ التطبيق معرّفًا عشوائيًا مجهول الهوية يُحفظ في سلسلة مفاتيح iCloud (iCloud Keychain) على جهازك، ويُستخدم للاحتفاظ برصيدك وحالة اشتراكك وسجلّ مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بك. ولا يتضمن هذا المعرّف اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو أي بيانات اتصال أخرى.
- المحتوى الذي ترسله. الصور التي تختار رفعها، والتي قد تتضمن وجوهًا، وأي نص تُدخله، وذلك لإنشاء مقاطع الفيديو.
- مقاطع الفيديو المُنشأة. مقاطع الفيديو التي يُنشئها التطبيق لك.
- معلومات الشراء. حالة الاشتراك والمعاملات التي نتلقاها من Apple وAdapty. تتولى Apple معالجة المدفوعات، ولا نتلقى بيانات بطاقة الدفع الخاصة بك.
- معلومات الاستخدام والجهاز. معلومات مثل التفاعلات داخل التطبيق، وطراز الجهاز، وإصدار نظام التشغيل، وإعدادات اللغة، ومعرّفات الجهاز أو التطبيق (مثل معرّف نسخة التطبيق في Firebase)، إضافةً إلى معلومات الإسناد من إعلانات بحث Apple (Apple Search Ads).
2. الصور وبيانات الوجه
- الجمع. لا نتلقى إلا الصور التي تختار رفعها، وقد تحتوي هذه الصور على وجوه.
- الاستخدام. تُستخدم الصور، بما فيها أي بيانات وجه تتضمنها، لغرض واحد فقط هو إنشاء الفيديو الذي تطلبه. ولا نستخدم بيانات الوجه للتعرّف على الوجوه أو تحديد الهوية أو التحقق منها، ولا نستخدمها لتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي، ولا نبيعها ولا نستخدمها لأغراض إعلانية.
- المشاركة. تُرسَل الصور إلى خوادمنا (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) وإلى مزوّد خدمة توليد الفيديو بالذكاء الاصطناعي من الأطراف الثالثة الذي يعالج طلبك، وذلك لغرض إنشاء الفيديو فقط.
- الاحتفاظ. تُحذف الصور المرفوعة تلقائيًا من مساحة التخزين لدينا فور انتهاء عملية الإنشاء، سواء نجحت أم فشلت. وقد يحتفظ مزوّدو خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي بالمدخلات لفترة محدودة وفقًا لشروطهم وسياساتهم. أما مقاطع الفيديو المُنشأة فتُحفظ إلى أن تحذفها أو تطلب حذفها وفق ما هو موضّح أدناه.
3. كيفية استخدامنا للمعلومات
- لتقديم التطبيق، وإنشاء مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بك وتخزينها، وإدارة رصيدك واشتراكك.
- لحماية التطبيق من الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام والوصول غير المصرّح به.
- لفهم كيفية الاستخدام، وقياس الأداء والإسناد، وتحسين التطبيق.
- للرد على طلباتك والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.
4. كيفية مشاركتنا للمعلومات
لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدم أدوات تطوير إعلانية (SDK). ولا نشارك المعلومات إلا مع مزوّدي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، ومنهم:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud – الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين والمصادقة وApp Check والتحليلات.
- Adapty – إدارة الاشتراكات والتحليلات.
- Apple – المدفوعات عبر App Store والإسناد من إعلانات بحث Apple.
- مزوّدو خدمات توليد الفيديو بالذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل fal.ai وPixVerse) – معالجة صورك ونصوصك لإنشاء مقاطع الفيديو.
وقد نفصح عن المعلومات أيضًا إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا أو سلامة الآخرين، أو في سياق عملية اندماج أو استحواذ أو بيع أصول.
5. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تُحذف الصور المرفوعة وفق ما هو موضّح في البند 2. وتُخزَّن مقاطع الفيديو المُنشأة في مساحة التخزين السحابية لدينا مرتبطةً بمعرّفك المجهول، لتتمكن من مشاهدتها في قسم «مقاطعي»، إلى أن تحذفها. أما المعلومات الأخرى فلا نحتفظ بها إلا للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق الأغراض المبيّنة في هذه السياسة أو وفق ما يقتضيه القانون.
6. خياراتك وحقوقك
- يمكنك حذف مقاطع الفيديو التي أنشأتها من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
- يمكنك طلب حذف البيانات المرتبطة باستخدامك للتطبيق بمراسلتنا على contact@bedouin-apps.com، وقد نطلب منك معلومات لازمة لتحديد بياناتك.
- بحسب مكان إقامتك، قد تكون لك حقوق إضافية في الوصول إلى معلوماتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، ويمكنك ممارستها بالتواصل معنا.
- يمكنك إدارة اشتراكك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حساب Apple ID الخاص بك.
7. نقل البيانات دوليًا
قد تُعالَج معلوماتك في دول غير دولتك، ومنها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، حيث قد تختلف قوانين حماية البيانات عن تلك المعمول بها في دولتك.
8. الأمان
نتخذ تدابير معقولة لحماية معلوماتك، غير أنه لا توجد وسيلة نقل أو تخزين آمنة تمامًا، ولا يمكننا ضمان الأمان المطلق.
9. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا أو دون الحد الأدنى للسن المقرر في دولتك، ولا نجمع عن علمٍ معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. ولا يجوز لك رفع صور لأشخاص آخرين دون موافقتهم.
10. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث سياسة الخصوصية هذه من وقت لآخر، وتسري التعديلات فور نشرها على هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». ويُعدّ استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق قبولًا للسياسة المحدّثة.
